Changing an specific playback device's volume

Hey everyone, I've trying to do just that but when I do any command for altering the volume it always applies to the default playback device..Is there a way to script for a specific device?

~+^Down::SoundSet,-5

What can I add to refer only to a digital cable..speakers.. stuff like that

Documentation shows an option for the device number.
