Hello all,
I am using Windows 10, and I have the navigation pane switched off in the file explorer view. When I open any folder with a double-click, it appears with no navigation pane. That's what I want. However, if I run the following script:
Run, explore D:\Folders\Music
It opens the folder in file explorer, but with the navigation pane showing! I've tried different folders, and the same thing happens. Whenever I use a script to open file explorer, it always enables the navigation pane. Is this normal behaviour? Is there any work around?
Thank you!
Sarah
Navigation Pane keeps appearing!
Re: Navigation Pane keeps appearing!
In case anyone is looking for a solution to the same issue, I was lucky enough to get some assistance on Discord!
Run, explorer D:\Folders\Music
So, it should be 'explorer' and not 'explore'. Which is strange, because I have been using 'Run, explore' for a while on another PC for exactly the same job. But on this PC I have the navigation pane hidden, so it caused an issue.
