Find text on screen and click

I am new to autohotkey. I have made a few simple hotkeys and hotstrings. In an electronic medical record, (ie cprs gui, delphi), certain tabs can be opened with keystroke shortcuts in addition to clicking with the mouse. however, items in the list of orders do not have shortcuts and must be clicked with a mouse.
We want to search for a specific piece of text without specifying the coordinates for the mouse click as some users screens are of different sizes.

Goal is to search the screen for the specific text, and press a left mouse click or press enter on the text. the left click or enter opens a new window to enter data for an order. The text to be found is short, 4 words.
Trying to automate repetitive tasks.
