open a box with costume text when pressing image tab on chrome

i am lost I don't know how to open a box with either of these functions
1- when I press images tab on chrome I get a box with a text and with (ok) button under it so I press it and then get through it
2-get a box that I have to write a password then press ok then get through it and open images (more preferable)
idk if these are possible but if you know the answer please help
