Automation using Excel as source of Data

Hello,

I would like to create an automation that takes information from Excel sheet and places it in a designated 3rd party tool in the relevant field. So for example... if I create a sheet with Name, Last name, email, city... etc...

It will take that information and paste it to a web based tool... then presses enter to process various steps...

I think if I can figure out how to pull the info from excel and understand how to code the part that tells AHK where exactly to put the info I can make it work and expand from there.

Any help would be appreciated.
