mapping a mouse side-button (XButton1)

I try to map a mouse side-button XButton1 (backward for web browser),:

    Run C:\000\aaa.txt

Sometimes (not always), pressing the button both opens the txt file and excutes Backward in my open Chrome window.

How can the Backward action in Chrome be always avoided? Thanks!
