Solution if someone, like me, find Microsoft Word is blocking hotkeys

I'm not sure if it's related to a recent update of Office LTSC 2021 version, but suddenly my Word stops receiving any hotkeys. All the other programs, even Powerpoint and Excel, work as usual. I've tried reinstall Office without success.
Finally I've Google'd about the "Enable UI Access" thing, and reinstalled Autohotkey with that option checked. But since my ahk script is autostarted with Windows, I renamed AutoHotkeyU64_UIA.exe to AutoHotkey.exe for that. Then my Word is OK.

Word has its own set of keyboard shortcuts. You could examine them for conflicts. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not make its keyboard management especially easy, but you can customize the shortcuts through the ribbon's context menu.
