Help With AHK Script for Macs (Looking for way to convert, or similar Mac scripting language)

Hi All,

So, recently I made an AHK script that quickly uses the Replace Spotlight option in a Zoom Meeting. Unfortunately, the group I made it for is large, and while most of the members use PC, three of them use Mac. Do you guys know of any way to easily convert a .exe AHK script to Mac? If not, are there any Mac scripting languages that are similar? Any help is appreciated!!
