How to track Selected Text? Topic is solved

I have an ahk edit box. Can anyone think of a way to track what the selected text is within the box? I can use submit to get the whole text string but how to find out what is currently highlighted? Thanks.

You can send ^c, which will put the highlighted text into the clipboard.
