How to do DllCall("mouse_event" specified window?

So as the title says, need to do mouse move with dllcall mouse event cause Mouse Move doesnt work in the game I'm doing it on. And also I need to do it only in the window, so I can do other stuff on my pc.

There is only one cursor (usually), so you can't have two of them! In some windows, you can ControlClick.
