Skinning Gui in 64-Bit?

In this post a demonstration is made how USkin.dll can easily apply different skins to guis. This is amazing, as you can change your Gui with some DLLCall lines and completely change the theme of the gui.
Does anybody knows if this also exists for 64-bit? And if you can apply the dark mode of Windows?
