Open a file script stopped working

So a few weeks ago one of my scripts stopped working and I don't know why. I have checked a lot of things for why it might be. I did nothing that obviously would have caused it other than maybe updating to win11 which either stoped before or a bit after I updated; I do know it was not directly after. Here is my code

I have tried multiple file addresses and numpad9 as well. I really have no idea why this doesn't work.

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that. I also don't know how t was changed and for some reason and also it decided it wanted to be F24 not NumpadPUp for some reason.
