why my keyboard keys are not working?

I was doing my work at my laptop and suddenly some keys like ctrl, %, + stop working. I restarted my laptop. But it did not work. Can anyone help me to get out of this problem?

If this is AHK-related, you should elaborate which script you have run and if you placed it (or a shortcut) in your startup folder (or created a task in task scheduler).

Generally, rebooting will kill any AHK script in memory, and reverse any remap or hotkey. If you don't have any AHK scripts in your startup folder (and no created tasks) and the problem persists after a reboot, I can't see how this could be an AHK problem. So far, it sounds more like a not AHK-related hardware problem. You could try to work around such a problem by using AHK, but there is no guarantee that it will help. Did you already try an external keyboard?

Sounds like an application is maybe intercepting the control+d command. Close all open programs and retry your test.
