AutoHotkey v2.0.2 Installation

Hello there everyone, so I wanted to reach out to the community and see if anyone ran into similar issue like I have with the latest version of AutoHotKey v2.0.2. So, when try to install the latest version over existing installation, I am getting the error message (attached). Has anyone else see this issue and have solution for it?

When couple of my users try to install this over there existing installing of v1.x, they always get this error message or even when AutoHotKey is not installed on the device, still get this error message. They can click the "ExitApp" button, and the application still installs with no issues. I am just trying to script the package that will make the installing of the newer version silent, but so far had no luck with the error message. Any feedback or help is greatly appreciated, thank for your time and help with this request.
