Ha! Good point. I didn't realize how small this thread actually was until you replied. If it's all crickets there, we should try to push it out to more members. I'm kind of digging it so far.

Can it compete with discord? :P I think I would prefer Slack actually, but don't know about the majority

Yes, you are right... Not much happens there for now... I know discord is more busy now, but mainly they both simply provide an easier IRC interface for users.

I think we could promote it as being more formal/less off-topic, etc. I.e. Slack is made for "work" Discord for "games"
