get number of milliseconds since other hotkey

Hi, noob here.
How would I get the number of milliseconds that've passed
since, say, another key has been pressed?
And I need that starting moment to be remembered while I use other hotkeys,
so I don't think A_TimeSincePriorHotkey will work.
