need some help about creating a script

Hello evryone
I've just found out about auto hot key not too long ago and i decided to go ahead and learn this scripting language, I've spent over 15 days now reading the documentation from time to time and i managed to grasp the basics such as
before i explain what i want to do i just want to point out that i'm a sound designer
on with the request
there is this website named soundsnap, wich i've bin using for over 1 year now for my own productions, the things is: i want to grab all of the sound effects in one page, lets see i have 20 download links in this page and i'd like to grab them all at once
my question is: is there are a function to search for Certain such as buttons or links etc, for me it scened to me as the easy way to do it
if someone could guide me to a similer function or explain it to me that would be grate
