[v2] Example error pcre_callout Topic is solved

There's an example here under the Auto-Callout header https://lexikos.github.io/v2/docs/misc/RegExCallout.htm#auto
The example was throwing "Error: Invalid pcre_callout".
It seems to be because in v2 the name of the function is not expected to be quoted pcre_callout := "DebugRegEx"
