[v2] FileGetAttrib and empty string Topic is solved

For FileExist there is this note ( https://lexikos.github.io/v2/docs/commands/FileExist.htm )
If the file has no attributes (rare), "X" is returned. If no file or folder is found, an empty string is returned.

But for FileGetAttrib there is this ( https://lexikos.github.io/v2/docs/commands/FileGetAttrib.htm )
If no file or folder is found, an empty string is returned.

It seems to be incorrect. If the file is not found an error is thrown. And an empty string means the same as the "X" for FileExist.
