Broken links from v1 to v2 docs & broken redirects Topic is solved

I have adjusted the redirect script to:

• serve a 404 page if no index entry is found and the .htm suffix is present.
• use the documentation's built-in search.
• recognize a v1/ or v2/ prefix in the URL (in addition to the ?v2=1 parameter used by the docs2 bbcode).

Other suffixes weren't and still aren't specifically recognized; e.g. [docs]Object.Push[/docs] does a search.
