Where is a MSGBOX displayed?

Where is a MSGBOX displayed?

At the documentation for MSGBOX I can not find any explanation of where (screen coordinates, relative to cursor or whatever) a msgbox is displayed.

because there is no explanation. its a windows implementation detail and msdn doesnt specify either
