Date calculations

Date calculations section should contain :

DateSeconds2 := 20221103082900
DateSeconds2 -= 16010101000000,seconds

That it have only ability to have count from 1601 01 01 year, not earlier (used values exceeds that)

The information that years before 1601 are not supported occurs several times in the docs. Where exactly are you missing this?
