Hi all..
I have a video clip and i want to increase the video quality of that clip. The clip is only of 3MB. That clip has been made by some low pixel camera. I tried to enhance the video quality by using Windows Live Movie Maker but it did not increase the quality of the video. It only increased the size of the clip by enhancing ‘frame width’, ‘frame height’, ‘data rate’, ‘bitrate’, frame rate’ etc. I have used 1 or 2 more apps to enhance the video quality of the clip but every app is only increasing the size of the clip as from 3 MB to it has been increased by 47 MB, but there seems no any improvement or change in video quality of the clip. Is there any good free program which can increase the video quality of that clip. As you guise all are technical giants so I think someone must have the solution of this problem. Please help me. Thanks..
Is it possible to enhance/improve the video quality of a clip?

Is it possible to enhance/improve the video quality of a clip?
I don't normally code as I don't code normally.

The Enhance button you see on tv is not a real thing.
Simply upscaling it won't do anything, can't recreate details that are not there (technically there are some image reconstruction things available, but they are insane advanced and usually have some drawbacks along with the perks, and not publicly available AFAIK).
same with all other components of a video (bitrate, whatever). just changing numbers won't recreate details (enhance) it doesn't have. best you can do is change contrast/colors and toss on some filters (using tools like Premier or After Affects).
