Wow the number of times I've seen Chrome being bundled in sketchy ways....

I think that should be "all AutoHotkey scripts and processes", though "and process(es)" seems redundant. On your computer, close all AutoHotkey scripts and process.
I see a couple of minor problems:Click the Start menu and then Settings.
Or is it the Start button Start button?Windows 7 & Vista: Click the Start menu Start menu and then Control Panel.
I agree, but can't hurt to have it.lexikos wrote:I think that should be "all AutoHotkey scripts and processes", though "and process(es)" seems redundant. On your computer, close all AutoHotkey scripts and process.
That's exactly how I would do, but some people are just really clueless about computer stuff, I'm sure you've witnessed your fair share...lexikos wrote:This should work on all versions of Windows: Win+R, appwiz.cpl, Enter.
On Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 and 10, you can generally press Start or the Windows key and type:
- appwiz.cpl, Enter; or
- AutoHotkey Setup, Enter (more direct).
Good catch!lexikos wrote:Or is it the Start button Start button?Windows 7 & Vista: Click the Start menu Start menu and then Control Panel.
If I were writing an article teaching how to uninstall a program, I would include both methods. For our purposes though, it's fine as it is.joedf wrote:That's exactly how I would do, but some people are just really clueless about computer stuff, I'm sure you've witnessed your fair share...
To be clear, I wrote "(es)" because both "process" and "processes" are redundant. I would not suggest writing it that way. I think "all" implies plural, so it's either "the script(s) and process(es)" or "all scripts and processes".process(es)
