Manipulating Microphone input

Hello,

Can any one help me with : When spoken a word in to microphone

1. get the value of voice frequency / pitch and other parameters at run-time.

2. differentiate between male, female, kid etc

"Audio graphs" api seems bit close to the topic "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/audio-video-camera/audio-graphs"
but i don't know how to use it because
