Has anyone conducted Application Security Testing on a compiled AHK executable? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

How do you mean? A compiled AHK executable is basically

an executable file which contains the following: the AutoHotkey interpreter, the script, any files it includes, and any files it has incorporated via the FileInstall command

so it's not too hard to get to the code of the script, just open the .exe in a text editor and the code will be at the bottom.
