In 1.1.33.10, compiled scripts that use FileInstall creates the installed files as 0-byte shells – i.e., they have the correct name and path, but no content. Downgrading to 1.1.33.09 fixes the problem and correctly installs the entire file.
I've been able to reproduce this on a couple of machines, so I think it has to do with AHK and not my particular system... Anyone else able to reproduce this behavior?

I’ve fixed a bug relating to FileInstall recently. You can download Ahk2Exe beta 5 from here.
My scripts:-
XRef - Produces Cross Reference lists for scripts
ReClip - A Text Reformatting and Clip Management utility
ScriptGuard - Protects Compiled Scripts from Decompilation
I also maintain Ahk2Exe
