I agree, we need something more attention-grabbing and the front page would be a start.

The download link on the homepage should point to http://ahkscript.org/download/ and not to http://ahkscript.org/download/ahk-install.exe.

I suspect most people will want the installer. There should be a link to "other downloads" but at the moment there is only the link to the old archives, at the bottom of the page.

You're right. I tend to forget that most people are not like me and don't want to read a bunch of stuff first.

I'm afraid not. I redirects to it but doesn't link to it. Move your mouse over downloads or view source, the link is to l.autohotkey.net.... once there you see a page (briefly) which redirects to ahkscript.org/download so you end up there but that isn't exactly the same.

Oh man the download links are not consistent anymore...
there's a link to:
- http://ahkscript.org/archives/Download.html (the header image still has the xmas hat, and the image should be a link back to the homepage like the downloads' page)
- http://ahkscript.org/download/ahk-install.exe (this link goes directly goes the installer, ok thats fine but,...)
- http://ahkscript.org/download (...but there's not one single link that leads to the "other" download options, this link : the download page)

No I'm afraid not. Look at EACH AND EVERY PAGE ON THE FORUM - there is a navigation row at the top and bottom of each page:

the download link there is http://l.autohotkey.net/AutoHotkey_L_Install.exe - if you click on it it will take you to l.ahk.... which shows a page which redirects you to ahkscript.

What I suggest is that the link is changed to go directly to the download page http://ahkscript.org/download

Somebody keeps putting back old copies of the homepage as the link to the changelog remains going to l.autohotkey.net etc - then its fixed to the changelog here on ahkscript but the next week its back to l.auto... I suggest you track down all the copies of the homepage you have floating around and then do a global "replace all" for the changelog link to solve this problem once and for all :-) Thank you.

Maybe we should use a "double" button, like a lot of website with miror or archive option, else we have to scroll the main page and losing time for find what we need or give up...

Two other minor issues:

1) missing word here:

2) The more info link of iWB2 Learner (aka iWebBrowser2) now goes to autohotkey.com again and I thought it went to a local copy on ahkscript.org ?

re 2) it was a folder on the ahkscript.org domain so not a forum post - tank would know - or perhaps the local copy was removed and the link put back as it is now.
