Should I delete my posts once they're solved to save space on the AHK servers?

No, Server space is not an issue.
The ability to search the forum for answers is more helpful than asking the same questions again.

A person with the same question might find the old posts
(for example through Google Search) and it may solve their question/issue in advance. So it's better practice leaving it as it is.
