AutoHotkey vs BAS?

I'm looking into automating social media automation mainly on linkedin and quora. As you probably know, they have good anti-bot detectors. Which would be a more suitable choice for automation? I was thinking of either autohotkey or a software called BAS (higher learning curve)

Forgive me if its not allowed to discuss other automation software.
