For people who have already been vaccinated, the risk is low but it is far from zero.

Microsoft is changing its famous Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) to black in Windows 11.
The software giant started testing its new design changes in a Windows 11 preview earlier this week, but the Black Screen of Death isn’t fully enabled yet.
The Verge understands Microsoft will be switching to a Black Screen of Death for Windows 11, matching the new black logon and shutdown screens.

Windows 365

https://www.channelnewsasia.com/news/business/microsoft-to-offer-cloud-based-version-of-windows-operating-system-15220778
-- Microsoft to offer cloud-based version of Windows operating system - CNA 14 Jul 2021 11:41PM
NEW YORK:
Microsoft on Wednesday said it will offer its Windows operating system as a cloud-based service, aiming to make it easier to access business apps that need Windows from a broader range of devices.
Windows 365, as the service will be called, will roll out on Aug 2 and will work somewhat like buying a new Windows PC:
A business or school will pick how much computing power, memory and storage they would like for an the new machine.
But instead of waiting for a physical machine to arrive in the mail, the employee or student will access the operating system in the cloud via an existing PC,
a Mac, iPhone, Android phone or Chromebook, as long as it has a web browser compatible with HTML 5, a widely used internet standard.
The cloud-based version was created in response to feedback from clients who wanted employees and students to have quicker and easier PC access regardless of physical location.

The scenario of using cloud Windows for an employee or school student sounds kind of good, particularly where hardware requirements and arguably IT support are concerned, but it would be a total nightmare for personal and privacy use. Microsoft would totally soak up any last iota of personal data and information, that it already isn't doing so. Even in the context of a business, cloud Windows can be problematic, as they don't necessarily want all their customer data and trade secrets on the cloud (aka Microsoft servers).
