I guess, identify your target customers. Usually, there's a difference between what you sell and what your prospective buyers really want. So, send them a free trial of your product with no strings attached. You will want to grant your product free access forever, since it is possible for individuals who not only use it, but actively provide you with input. You may seek referrals or shout outs from them. This is how you build your customer base and expand it. You need to be significantly better or cost-effective if there is an existing product on the market to have some hope for customers to move to your product.
