Im new and need some help:: when i press my 2 key i want it to also right click and then switch to key 3

Well Im kinda new at this and i was wondering if someone could help me, so basically when i press my 2 key i want it to also right click and then switch to key 3 i also want like 60 delay before it switches to key 3

What does "like 60 delay" mean? What does "switch to key 3" mean?
