AHK and cheatengine pointer

I'm still learning about AHK and i have a question
can AHK change cheatengine Value using classMemory.ahk?
why not using classMemory directly? because it can't read memory from the program.

Cheat Engine
Description = Hp
Address = Test.exe+00000001
Value = 0-100 - 4Bytes

If cheat engine can, most likely you can with ahk too, provide more info about target app and the exact pointer
