Mouse to Joystick / Joystick to Mouse Toggle

Hello,

I need help with a script that is outside my general basic AHK knowledge. Been a few years since I have needed help but here I am. If anyone could take a look please.

I need a script that:

Watches the mouse, when the mouse moves press a key (only once so cannot loop) and does nothing else until the Joystick moves
When the Joystick moves press a key until the mouse moves again

So they two go back and fourth a to b

Key pressed does not matter I would change it to work with the game as with the Joystick number and axis.
