No recoil - but not controlled

Hey,
at that time i use a own designed no recoil script which is using "DLLCall("mouse_event"..." in a while loop whith sleep time and so moves the mouse against the recoil effect. But this is only precontrollen, which means when i pick up a different weapon with a different recoil effect it doesnt fit anymore.
My question regarding this problem is, if it is possible to make such a function more intelligent. Means for example that if it is triggerd then it picks the current pixel color and only reacts on phyisical mouse movement inputs, a kind of full controlled mouse freezing against the in game recoil "input". Does any one have experience with such a strategy or does any one have a idea how to code something? Thank you
