Can post new topic in this forum

When I attempt to post a new topic and click the button, the form appears, but I receive this message:
"The form you submitted was invalid. Please try submitting it again."
What could be causing this issue?

Afaik, this is a known forum bug for new user accounts, especially before they even try to submit something (immediately after pushing the 'New Topic' button).
For now, the best way to solve it seems to be following the advice in the error message - just submit your post (again). That usually works.
