Changing the Font Size and Backup Settings

Post by Alexander2 » 20 Feb 2022, 05:26

Can someone explain how to change the font size in the settings of SciTE4 and to disable the automatic creation of .bak (backup) files when scripts are edited? I cannot find these settings in the drop-down menus of the program.

In Tools > SciTE4AutoHotkey settings..., you can set the Default zoom level.
Just below it, there is also a checkbox for Auto-backups, which you could uncheck. I assume that's the one (but never tried, I prefer a backup).

Thank you very much. I should have noticed these options on the menu bar of the program.

Thank you. Yes, I was aware that these shortcuts are a convenient way to quickly change font size. They also make it possible to go beyond the allowed sizes given in the options of the program.
