Download a language for Image to text(OCR)

Hello. I need to download the Spanish language for Pulover's Macro Creator to recognize the "ñ" letter, but I can't find the way to do it. There is an option in the "Image to Text (OCR)" command, but when I click on it to download the danguage the program gets stuck, as if there is a bug. Where or how can I insert the Spanish language? Thanks
