Image Find then click slightly above

Hi all, i am attempting to find an image within game then click above it to open another prompt, i cant figure out how to move the mouse up relative to its found location x/y, i was attempting to use %FoundX1% with %FoundY1%-15 so it would click slightly above, not sure how to modify these variables. The relative checkbox is pretty random for me

Any thoughts appreciated

After finding the image, foundx and foundy will equal the upper left hand part of the image. MOVE the mouse to %foundx%, %foundy% without clicking. Then check the relative box and MOVE AND CLICK x = 0 and y = -15.
