Excel Sheet and Pulover´s

I´m rookie using Pulover´s Macro Creator, and i´m loviing the Tool.
So, i don´t have experince and need a little help

I´m have a Excel sheet, with 200 rows and 10 columns and I have a second system, that i need register this Excel´s rown in this system (the Excel´s Columns are field).
Is there any tutorial, or help guide, to make a macro the copy information, from excel, and past in the another system.
And execute it many times, while isn´t end Excel´s rowns (valid rows 200). I´m thing use variables, or matrix, to make it
Loadding data into matrix position, an pasting, at another system.

It´s possible makei it? Or another possibilite to have the same result? (input information into another system)
