Move email to Outlook calendar

Hi,

is there a COM-based solution to do the following in Outlook?
1) Retrieve the subject of the currently selected email
2) Move the email to the outlook calendar and set a reminder date in 3 weeks, if the subject contains a specific string

I'm not sure I can set the rule to set a reminder date to 3 weeks after receipt of the message.
The main reason I'd go for a scripted solution is that I'd like to roll this out to many users in one go. I reckon the best way is to include it in the utilities script I've programmed for them anyway.
