monitor settings change

hello there!
I'm looking for help with code that can change my monitor settings. I need to be able to mirror one of my monitors onto a tv, and looking for a way to automate it so i can then be able to hot swap mirroring my main and secondary monitors onto my tv. presumably the code to then disable mirroring would be similar enough that i could then work it out.
any tips on even where to start looking would be really appreciated!
