How to substitute a bloc of text? Topic is solved

I want to a trigger by a bloc of text (typically my address on 5 lines).
I tried without success with the \n to escape return.
Putting the bloc in curly braces did not work too.
What is the correct syntax to include returns?

Thank you. I just was used to escape with backslash.
