Interesting question about how to move mouse to word

So I have an interesting question. Let's say you had a form that was already populated with a paragraph or two. Now let's say you want to find the first instance of the world hello and have the mouse move to it and click just before the word so you can then backspace anything before the word. How would you go about that?

You would be using chrome and the word hello may appear at any point in the paragraph.

either use pulovers to do a image search / mouse move, using a screenshot of the word

or

copy the whole paragraph, left trim up to the word, paste it back in
