Press icon on webpage

Hi,

within my work I daily fill in a web form on which there is an excel icon which is pressed to retrive a certain file. It is not possible to tab to this icon, and due to different sizes of me and my coworkers' screens, screen coordinates cannot be used neither. Therefor I wonder if it would be possible for ahk to search for the excel icon to then press it?
