copy from excel and paste to premier pro

I want to copy the time frame from excel and paste to the premier pro in play head position
and making a cut there using the short cut alt z or ctrl alt k, is that is possibe how can i do that

the time frame examples here with the difference of 50 second each

  00:00:50:00
  00:00: 100:00
  00:00:150:00
