Sleep delay - Дегугл для ПК?

Sure AHK has many uses uniting many disciplines and interests. I'm taking it slowly, enjoying what it has to offer the more that I don't have time to fully get to know it with the intimacy it by all means deserves.

Can anyone speculate why is it that the delay (using Sleep, two digit number) is unseen to the eye in one app, and the same increment is painfully slow in the other?

Using Pomatez from Git repository and webpage, it's slow with Pomatez.

PS McAffee antivirus might have caused it? I used to use it and it 'optimized' 'some' apps, I noticed the AHK script became slow after optimization from McAffee. Though I've reinstalled Windows after that to no avail (at least as far as Pomatez script is concerned).

Sleep 1000, does not sleep.

I tried

Sleep, 20
as well as
Sleep 20
and
Sleep 20,

results are similar, slow cursor just like original Sleep, 20, which, btw, gives superfast results when used on a webpage.
