Problem With Making Auto Clicker In Certain Window

Umm, well, I am coding an auto clicker but cannot figure out how to make it click in a certain window whilst I can do other stuff in my computer. I tried Hellbent's SmartClicker v1.1 thingy but that doesn't go well with my laptop. If anyone has the code to help me then I will gladly accept it.
