Get Window of Taskbar Thumbnail Preview

Question
How do I get the ahk_id of a window from its selected (hovered) taskbar thumbnail preview?

Background
I want to create hotkeys (modifier key + click) to adjust a window (restore, minimize, maximize, close) while hovering over its taskbar thumbnail preview.

When hovering, WindowSpy lists the ahk_class is TaskListThumbnailWnd but does not show anything about the specific application selected.
